Mubasher: Bahrain Tourism received on 13 March two separate acquisition offers from Gulf Hotels Group and Al-Jazeera Tourism, according to a bourse statement.
Gulf Hotels said it has submitted a voluntary, conditional offer to fully take over Bahrain Tourism which said it is a swap deal.
Meanwhile, Al-Jazeera offered to acquire up to 100% of Bahrain Tourism stake through a cash offer.
